Information on deposits, fees and refunds

Deposits

A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the youthgroop camp. The amount and due date will be specified when bookings open. Deposits help us to confirm numbers and make arrangements with the venue.

Final Payment

The balance of fees must be paid by the due date advised in your booking confirmation. Payment plans can be arranged on request.

Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non‑refundable, however partial refunds of the fee may be available if cancellation occurs before the final payment due date. After this date refunds cannot be guaranteed as commitments will have been made to the venue and suppliers.
