About the Conference
Our theme, Excellence in Exile – The Example of Daniel, was chosen because Daniel’s life demonstrates faithful service to God while living as a stranger in exile. His example mirrors the modern believer’s experience of dwelling in a “spiritual Babylon.”
Daniel lived faithfully within a secular world while upholding God’s standards. Throughout the week we will reflect on his excellence, faith, courage and separation to God, and consider how these qualities apply to us today.
Why a Youth Conference?
Youth conferences are often described as a small taste of the Kingdom – a week of faith, unity and friendship where young believers can be refreshed and renewed. They provide an opportunity to build lasting friendships grounded in God’s truth and to strengthen bonds between generations.
Objectives
- Give glory to God in all aspects of the conference.
- Nurture faith and spiritual growth.
- Build lasting friendships grounded in the Truth.
- Strengthen intergenerational bonds.
